Signatures
Description
The "Signatures" plugin will allow you to display a list of people "signing" the newsletter, along with their name a roles.
Editing the plugin
The "Signatures" plugin is composed out of two distinct parts: the plugin itself and the list of signatures to display.
In the plugin, you can specify how many columns of signatures you'd like to display in the newsletter (2, 3 or 4). This only applies to desktop email clients. On mobile they will display one on top of each-other.
Adding and removing signatures
You can add signatures using the "add another signature" button at the bottom left of the editing screen.
To delete a existing signature, simply check the corresponding checkbox, then save the plugin itself.
Editing a signature row
Each signature is composed out of the following fields:
- Order (required): Display order in the list
- Name (required): Name of the person signing.
- Role or function (optional): short bio, role or function of the person.
- URL (optional): if defined, the name and role will be clickable.
