The image block

The image plugin displays an image with, as an option, a clickable link and a caption.

  1. Image (required): The image file you want to display. Supported image formats: JPEG, PNG and GIF.
    The image will be resized to a 600px width when uploaded, please use images that are at least 600 px wide.
  2. Alternative text (optional): Alternative text (“alt-text”) for the image.
  3. Caption, copyright: (optional): The caption to be displayed beneath the image on the right.
  4. URL (optional): Turns the image into a clickable link.

Please note:

  • The image will be resized when you upload it, to have an intrinsic width of 600px and proportional height (the image will not be cropped)
  • When displayed, images will have an actual width of 576px on desktop (computer monitor, laptop, tablet) and 318px on mobile.  
  • If you add a URL, it will automatically be given UTM parameters in order to track clicks.
