Dear doctoral candidates, professors, colleagues and administrative staff,

We thank you very much for your collaboration throughout 2023 and extend our warmest wishes for 2024! We look forward to a new year of collaborative adventure and exciting projects.

A new year in which the EDOC team will continue its efforts to equip our doctoral candidates with transversal skills through the EPFL PhD Excellence program and with our expanding transversal skills courses, support their research stay abroad through the EPFL Doc.Mobility grant, welcome and facilitate integration of our new doctoral candidates by organizing another PhD Welcome Event, and celebrate the success of all those who will complete their thesis this year at the Research and Doctoral Awards Ceremony. As always, there will be a variety of summer school opportunities for you. We'll also keep improving our systems and optimizing processes. To mention just a few. We are convinced that there will be plenty of occasions for shared accomplishments.

Cheers to the opportunities, challenges, and successes that await us in 2024!
