We are enhancing authentication methods and security by introducing a new option: voice call is now available as a second authentication factor.
A new feature to simplify your daily tasks
The VoiceCall system allows you to validate your authentication through the Entra ID login screen, even if you’ve forgotten or lost your smartphone. You will receive a verification call on:
✅ Your internal landline, or
✅ The Jabber application.
Setup and operation
Follow the online tutorial to register your internal phone number.
Activation is seamless and has no impact on your daily tasks.
