Chères et chers COSEC,

Nous avons le plaisir de vous inviter à notre prochaine réunion COSEC qui se tiendra dans l'auditorium CE 1 6, le mardi 3 février 2026.

Cette rencontre vise à réunir les acteurs de la santé et de la sécurité à l'EPFL. L'objectif principal est de partager des informations importantes et d'initier et continuer des échanges entre les différents COSEC et entre les COSEC et le service OHS (Occupational Health and Safety).

La réunion sera divisée en une session en français le matin (10h00 - 12h00) et une session en anglais l'après-midi (13h00 - 15h00). Le programme restera le même pour chaque session et les thèmes suivants seront abordés :

• Équipement et maintenance                            
• Contrôle des DDR dans les laboratoires                              
• Directives complémentaires                             
• Statistiques Accidents-Incidents                               
• Retour d’expériences accident                         

Un standing lunch sera proposé à tous les participants entre les deux sessions afin de pouvoir réunir toute notre communauté lors d'un moment de partage informel.

Bien que nous préférions que vous soyez présent sur place, les personnes travaillant sur les campus externes pourront suivre la réunion via Zoom :

Dear COSEC,

We are pleased to invite you to our next COSEC meeting, to be held in the CE 1 6 auditorium on Tuesday, February 3^th, 2026.

The aim of this meeting is to bring together those involved in health and safety at EPFL. The main objective is to share important information and to initiate and pursue exchanges between the various COSEC and between the COSEC and the OHS (Occupational Health and Safety) department.

The meeting will be divided into a morning session in French (10:00 am - 12:00 am) and an afternoon session in English (1:00 pm - 3:00 pm). The program will be the same for each session and the following points will be discussed :

• Equipment and maintenance                            
• DDR checks in laboratories                             
• Additional guidelines                                 
• Accident and incident statistics                         
• Feedback on accident experiences    

A standing lunch will be offered to all participants between the two sessions so that our entire community can come together for an informal gathering.

Although we prefer you to be present on site, people working on external campuses will be able to follow the meeting by audiovisual means :

Registration for this meeting is not compulsory, but to be able to offer you a standing lunch, we kindly ask you to confirm your attendance by this form until Friday, 23 January 2026.
